  • What time zone are your appointments times available?
    All appointment times are availabe in Eastern Time Zone.
  • What services do you offer?
    TPD offers a monthly membership ranging from podcast coaching, editing, graphic design, animation, and distribution. We are your one stop shop. To find out more, please see our Prices & Plans page.
  • How fast will I recieve my service(s)?
    Each individual's needs are specific and a more accurate timing will be given once those needs are discussed.
  • How do I pay?
    We take all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Can I pay with PayPal?
    Yes, PayPal is offered as an alternative to using your credit card. At checkout, select the PayPal option to complete your transaction
  • How will I be billed?
    Each plan will be automatically billed every month (on the day you purchased your plan) through the credit/debit card you chose or PayPal.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel at anytime by logging in and going to your account and then "My Orders."
  • Do you provide refunds?
    Refunds are only provided to those who have not started their service.
  • How do I contact you?
    You can contact TPD by clicking the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page. You can also contact us on Facebook/Instagram by clicking the icons at the bottom of the page. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
  • Will I be successful using these services?
    While TPD will teach and provide you with the tools to assist you in being successful, no one can guarantee downloads. Success is ultimately left up to you!
